I had the most wonderful time at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt at home. The rooms were not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views that I couldn't get enough of. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The resort was always spotlessly clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, showing their commitment to providing an excellent experience. And let's not forget the food – it was absolutely delicious, with Creative Food Presentation and the service was impeccable. During my stay at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort, I was truly enchanted by the beauty of the beach. It was not just nice, but stunningly picturesque. The crystal-clear waters beckoned me, and I was in for an absolutely wonderful snorkeling experience. The underwater world was a vibrant tapestry of colors, with a diverse array of marine life. It felt like I was swimming in an aquatic paradise, surrounded by schools of colorful fish and fascinating coral formations. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Jordian, the Assistant Guest Manager, whose attention to detail and genuine care made my stay extra special. And a big thank you to Mr. Magdy for his outstanding cleaning and room service – his dedication to keeping everything pristine didn't go unnoticed. My time at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort was beyond amazing, thanks to the staff who made me feel like part of the family. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this incredible oasis of comfort and luxury. Thank you all so much!

Very big and beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and kind. A lovely reef that you could easily see with the snorkel . Mister Jordian was really helpful, kind and sympathetic. He was always there asking if everything was ok. Monir was really available and was always watching out if everything was ok in our room. Every day he left us a towel sculpture over the bed, it was very nice and he was very kind and polite. Overall, the food is really good and was able to please everyone, including italians that are hard to please.

Check-in was very smooth and quick, and we were kindly upgraded to a room with an amazing view — it was truly beautiful. Right after check-in, they also helped us arrange lunch, which made everything feel peaceful and pleasant. When we asked about checkout, the staff kindly offered us a late checkout, asking what time we preferred. This was incredibly helpful because we had some time before our next trip and I wasn’t feeling well. Thanks to the late checkout, I was able to rest comfortably, recover my condition, and continue the next part of our journey in good health. I don’t know the name of the staff member who assisted us with check-in and checkout, but I would like to express my special thanks. Your kindness truly touched me!

Oh Safir...a little Paradise on earth! I will start with the best of the best-the staff!I can't thank all of them enough,they made my stay not only special,but extra-terrestrial. Although all of them were extremley kind, with warm smiles on their faces and at any time ready to fulfill my wishes,i would like to mention some of them with their respected names: Mohamed Ragab - a lifeguard who could easily be considered a life saver! Always found a spot on the beach for me and my partner, squeezed some chairs by the pool,even when it seemed there is no room and did a bunch of other things,that surely don't fit the lifeguard assignments. Kudos to you,my friend,i will never forget,how you treated us! Keep up the good work,you are the best! Monir - the housekeeper, kept my room clean at all times,surprised us every time with towel creations,so when we came from the breakfast,once a swan was wating for us on the bed,next time it was a heart,the next time a duck...always took time to chat up a litte and was as kind as can be! Mahmoud from the beauty salon - you know how sometimes people,offering their services,can be pushy? You see them once and trying to avoid them for the rest od your vaccation? That certainly isnt the case with Mahmoud. He was professional,presented what they offer and even though we didn't decide to use anything,he was kind all the way,ready to joke without always trying to lure us to get a mani-pedi or anything else. He made my stay even more pleasant. Mahmoud,next time i will use some of your services (or at least my GF will 😉). Ahmed Mahmud - the receptionist granted us a very late checkout without even asking,which was very convenient for us due to our flight schedule. Thank you again for this! Everyone else,thank you for feeling me a special guest,i cant give you enough credit!! Remember, be nice to these people and you will get king-like treatment in return!

We booked the all-inclusive package and arrived quite late — yet to our delight, the hotel had already arranged a food for us as a warm welcome. A small issue with our room was handled instantly by Mr. Jordian, whose professionalism and care exceeded all expectations. He surprised us by upgrading us to what is undoubtedly one of the best rooms in the hotel, offering a spectacular sunrise view over the sea. Room 2601 was maintained to perfection by Mr. Emad — the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding every single day. The buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes and changing menus, and the team was impressively quick and attentive with table service. Thanks to the all-inclusive option, we enjoyed drinks at any moment with an extensive selection to choose from. The facilities are fantastic — from snorkeling opportunities and beautiful pools to a great volleyball court where we had so much fun. A special mention goes to Mr. Islam, whose kindness truly stood out: he graciously extended our last day with full access to all services, even though our flight was at night — something we have rarely experienced, even after traveling to many hotels around the world. This stay was simply outstanding — a genuine 100/10 experience. We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. This hotel is exceptional in every way.
